The Charlotte Recreation Basketball program provides a venue for athletes to learn and master basketball skills in a fun and positive environment. Winning is not the primary objective but rather development of sportsmanship, teamwork, respect for others, and discipline.

** We have a new Rec T-shirt, many of you have purchased them for $12 during the soccer season; this is the same shirt for basketball. If you do not have a shirt and would like to purchase one you may add it to your cart during checkout.

Practice and Game Information
The season starts the week of December 2 and ends February 8th
Practice will take place on weeknights between 6:00-7:30pm and/or Saturday 8:00a.m.-12:00p.m.  Times will be posted as coaches determine their availability.
Mini Hoops (K-2) – Teams will practice once a week
Juniors (1-2 Grade) – Teams will practice twice a week. 
3rd – 6th Grade – Teams will practice twice a week with games on Saturdays.
** All teams are dependent on roster size and volunteer coaches.
Early Registration: $75 (September 11- November 17)
Late Registration: $90 after November 17
Registration Deadline: December 1
