Bus/Transportation will leave from CCS, and return to CCS at the end of the day.

All participants must sign this waiver, our program is "Town of Charlotte"
Chaperones are needed to maintain a 1-to-10 ratio to students. Chaperones ski free or at sharply reduced rates and are expected to help and have fun. Some Chaperones are needed to ride the bus. Please help if you can. Email Recreation@townofcharlotte.com.
*All participants in Grades K-2 MUST have parent supervision at Bolton Valley. One volunteer parent needed to supervise not more than THREE K-2 participants.
If you would like to lease equipment from BV, we recommend doing a full season option directly through BV. This will cost $89 between 11/1 and 12/15, and increases to $109 on 12/16. Reach out to Charlotte Rec if you would like this deal, we will let BV know you are coming.
All participants must watch these videos in advance of participation: Know the Code and ParkSmart.
All participants must choose one of the "Program Fee" options. Program fee includes transportation, and lift ticket, if needed.
Please add everything to your cart that applies to your participant, that way we know what your participant needs! For example, if your participant needs a lift ticket, equipment, and ski level 2 lessons, I would select A, C, and E.
