--------

Driving is the first true step towards becoming a responsible adult. Driving has inherent risks with very real consequences. Students will be asked to demonstrate that they are ready for this awesome responsibility by their commitment to the following:
  • Being present and on time for all classes and In-vehicle sessions,
  • All homework and Online Activities submitted on time based on the class, syllabus,
  • Having a personal email account (preferably Google) no school emails!
  • Demonstrate good communications with the classroom teacher and their peers.

There is no ability to fairly accommodate individual needs for sports, After school activities or traveling. If you have any of these needs, then it is recommended that you look at a later class.

The 802 Driving School is owned and run by Joseph Barch who has taught driver education for 27 years. He has co-taught three of the required classes teaching driver education. He has served as President for the Vermont Driver Education and Traffic Education Association and The American Driver and Traffic Safety Education Association, he has presented at state, regional and national conferences.
