Join the Charlotte Boot Camp on Tuesdays and Thursdays this winter at 6 AM for a great morning workout. This self-led group focuses on strength, conditioning, and stretching for a great 1 hour workout. Bring a mat, 5-10 lb weights, and water to the multipurpose room at CCS and get your workout done before the sun is up! $75 for the winter or $10 per drop-in session.
