Swimming at the beach is prohibited until it is safe and the bloom is clear. There have been many reports of blooms up and down the lake including Whiskey Bay on Thompsons point. Once the lake is clear, the signs at the beach will be removed and an update will be posted on FPF and the Charlotte Rec website, www.charlotterec.com .Feel free to use the other amenities at the beach!Thank you for your understanding,Nicole ConleyCharlotte Recreation
