But the real benefit comes from long-term training. There is something special that happens to a child who grows up in a Villari’s martial arts school. They are simply more confident, respectful, focused, healthy, hardworking, and optimistic.  Time and time again we hear from adults who trained at Villari’s as children who say that is was the best thing they did growing up.If there is no school, there will not be martial arts class.  Each session is 12 classes long.

But the real benefit comes from long-term training. There is something special that happens to a child who grows up in a Villari’s martial arts school. They are simply more confident, respectful, focused, healthy, hardworking, and optimistic.  Time and time again we hear from adults who trained at Villari’s as children who say that is was the best thing they did growing up.If there is no school, there will not be martial arts class.  Each session is 12 classes long.
